“ If you want new and fancy, move along. Service is awesome and the food is amazing! I've gotten takeout two Fridays in a row and didn't order combinations. Ordered 2 individual dishes and the portions are HUGE. Easily enough for 3 full individual meals plus. In addition, in my opinion 'take-out' isn't the size or quality as dine-in most times. Not here.... Very good. Yeah, the place needs some upkeep and renovation for sure.... But the food is great. ”

“ Chinese food craving!! We searched for a place to go and decided to try Peking north despite a low rating. Wanted to see for ourselves and we were pleasantly surprised. It was a Tuesday night at 6:30 and the parking lot was pretty empty. Only a couple of tables were occupied and we were wondering if we made the right choice. Ordered the #10 meal 18.50 a plate. I substituted the soup for wonton soup and it was delicious. The barbecued pork was tender and a large portion. ( it was 15.00 so I'm glad it was). Our food came quickly and was nice and hot. It all tasted fresh and not greasy as some reviews said. Lots of food, We had to pack some up to take home. I was especially happy as the pork chow mien was the kind I remember with the crunch noodles and celery / onion/ sprouts mix. This is the kind I remember getting when I was growing up , and it's hard to find. I think it's used to be called subgum. Anyway we were happy with our meal and would recommended eating here ”
